What documentation do I need?

The following is required for development projects.

• A permit application is required for all work which requires a permit.
• A current site plan show all existing and proposed structures on the subject parcel.
• Contractors need to provide a copy of their Contractor’s License and Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
• Affidavit of Exemption for Workman’s Compensation Insurance - ­If you do not have this insurance you will need to complete the form and return it with your application for a building permit.

• COMMUNICATION TOWER PERMIT APPLICATIONS MUST ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE Communication Tower Checklist.
