The Administration Department is headed by our City Recorder Holly Murphy.

Ms. Murphy is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer (CMFO).

As such, she oversees all accounting aspects of the city, including general budgets, A/P, A/R, payroll, and the operation of all department funds. In addition, she is in charge of Human Resources, Risk Management, Utility Billing and Document Retention functions.
