You will receive two property tax notices-one will be from the City of Millersville and one from the county.

Property taxes are due and payable without penalty or interest from October of the tax year through February of the following year.  Penalty and interest is accrued at 1.5% each month and begins on March 1st of the following year.

The city cannot accept postal dates in lieu of penalty and interest.  Delinquent property taxes that have not been paid by April 1st will be turned over to the county court clerk for collection.
