The City Recorder/Finance
Director is responsible for three divisions and staff. As
City Recorder, responsibilities include processing occupational
licenses. As Finance Director, responsibilities include
maintaining centralized accounting, purchasing, payroll,
financial reporting and budgetary control systems.

Recorder/Finance Director is also responsible for the utility
billing department which bills citizens for utility services
provided by the city.
